The words I want to flow forth to somehow describe this healing journey are evading me.
Not because I don’t have so much to share around these topics but more so because these themes are so deep, so complex + so interconnected, a few paragraphs just doesn’t cut it.
These are the topics we as Women tend to avoid, or choose to only skim the surface of. Because not only does this kind of inner excavation require a pristine + loving space to hold us as we journey inwards, but deep down we know that once we alchemise, once we rewrite + once we recode these parts, the embodied Women on the other side of that will be a force we may be nervous to unleash upon this world.
Women. Our bodies. Feeling safe within them. Returning home to them. Feeling safe within ourselves. Feeling safe upon the Earth. Feeling a connection to the Divine that sits above all else. Surrender. Trust. Strength. Power. Perspective.
This circle will be a transmission that asks more questions than it does give answers. It will invite you to explore within yourself what it is you truly believe to be true, underneath your experiences. It will lovingly hold you to alchemise your pain into power + recode yourself for your next chapter.
This offering has flowed specifically for those who will both give + receive from this space. The ones who know deep down that it’s time they answered these questions from a place of deep truth + allowed the answers to be their guiding force going forward in right relationship with their bodies, the world + the Divine.
In addition to the circle, ceremony + healing you’ve come to know from my offerings, we will also be using an ‘Ajna Light’ in the meditation to gently stimulate different brain waves, allowing for a deeper meditative state to create healing in the physical and emotional body. This is a device that uses a pulsing LED device in front of/above closed eyes to shine specific light frequencies (1Hz–50Hz) onto the pineal gland.
*If the light aspect doesn’t resonate, you will be invited to rest deeply with an eye pillow + receive the healing in a different way.
Energy clearing on arrival, opening of sacred space + intention ceremony in circle.
Healing transmission that is specifically for who’s in the room with deep exploration around the themes of body connection, safety, fear, surrender, Divine connection + more.
Guided journeys of meditation, visualisation + inner world connection holding our younger selves at the centre.

This offering will be an intentionally small group (10 or less) that will allow you to feel the power of circle yet soften into the kind of healing I can only usually offer in my 1:1 spaces.
