2025 has certainly taken us on a journey.
A journey through the energy a ‘9’ year offers, completion and coming full circle.
‘Honour + Liberate 2025’ offers a space to reflect, integrate and allow the energy of 2025 to MOVE through us. A space of completion, clearing + allowing. A space where we can pour ourselves out, empty our minds, shift the old from our bones and liberate ourselves in a powerful way.
Although we will open and close the space in a standing circle, the majority of this event will be on your mat in your own space. We will have moments sitting to reflect with transmissions + journal prompts, an element of moving/dancing as we process the year with music and dimmed lights and finishing resting deeply with cushions and a blanket.
It will be a journey where you will liberate yourself in a room filled with like-hearted souls so very ready to do the same.
What to expect:
An open studio space
Opening healing transmission from the year 2025
Reflection + journal prompts for the year that’s been
Guided movement medicine. Think soul moving music + candlelight, while I guide you with vocal prompts, reflections, questions + transmissions for you to move through your body. Where you will simply move the way you feel, express it all out and allow the powerful alchemy to occur. Free, unapologetic + joy filled.
Powerful closing savasana/meditation where you will soak up the quiet, allow for everything to settle and feel your body thank you for letting the old fall away.
Group closing ceremony + highest vision declaration for the individual and the collective.
This will be 1.5-2 hours of healing that will shift SO much.
